Our resident rooms are light and airy, decorated in colours and fabrics selected from a subtle palette. Most important of all, our rooms are comfortable and inviting, featuring floor to ceiling windows that offer beautiful views overlooking our landscaped gardens.
Each room is equipped with Wi-Fi, multi-line telephones, nurse call system, cable/satellite television with movies available on demand, luxurious armchair and a writing desk.

Our highly experienced team will care for your loved one to the highest standards and will take the time to get to know and understand exactly how they like things to be.
At The Fern Dean we believe in listening to and acting on feedback from our residents and our residents families. The team at The Fern Dean are determined to provide the very best for our residents and we consider ongoing feedback essential to achieving this. As with all feedback people are often more comfortable sharing their experience if their feedback is given and reported anonymously.
Our research is carried out by Cemplicity. We check in with residents and families on several occasions during their time with us to ensure their experiences with us as The Four Ferns are captured. The information that is shared is sent directly to Cemplicity who include that information with the feedback from our other residents. We receive the feedback anonymously but in a way that we can take actions if needed.
