Our unique approach to planning social events starts by finding out what our residents like to do. We then arrange individual and group trips to theatres, concerts and art galleries to suit your tastes. The Fern Dean is located in Blackrock, a leafy suburb of South Dublin. The property is just moments away from the wonderful Blackrock Village and it is only a short drive to the seaside villages of Monkstown, Dun Laoghaire, and Dalkey.

The Fern Dean is only 9 km from Dublin City Centre. There is a variety of transport options with Blackrock DART station approximately a 15-minute walk away and an abundance of bus routes that pass directly outside the facility along the Rock Road.

Transport

The Fern Dean is perfectly located on one of the main link routes in and out of Dublin City. The Fern Dean is only minutes away from the M50, which connects to the main routes to every corner of Ireland. Residents and families can also avail of excellent public transport facilities. Both Seapoint and Blackrock DART stations are within a 15 minutes walk and The Fern Dean is located on a main bus corridor that services South Dublin and the surrounds.
